Welcome to the jungle! This is The Endless Saga where you play as an Ape in a turn based RPG. When someone discovers something better than bananas it will take a lot to convince everyone that there is actually something better... But what happens when you do? 

NOTE: This is the alpha release so a lot is subject to change and a lot of content is going to be added. This is to just get it out there and get the feedback to help the direction of the game - see if people like the style and want more or if some parts should be changed. It is pretty much the opening of the game just without the intro story (I'm working on it!). 

Also note this is a solo project! If you want to help out you can always drop me an email and I will try to get back in a reasonable time frame - same with just regular feedback!

The First Update (20/9/2021)

So it has been 51 days since I posted anything about this project, sorry, got side tracked with other things - but that doesn't mean I stopped working on this! That's right! There is a newer version that comes with improvements! That really weird bug in the battles that made it super dark or added super glare that I just couldn't figure out where it came from or what was causing it... yeah, I finally fixed that... by changing the whole thing completely! Yeah! got to love work arounds!

So hopefully now nothing should go wrong! Oh and that thing where a battle would start right after one finished, changed that too! 

I got some very good feedback for this project and also 2 people have streamed the alpha release already, which helped me see what bits needed fixing! So that should all be fixed now and ready to be broke again!

Oh side note; while this is in the alpha stages I would advise not pressing any function keys (looking at you F5) as it will crash the game... Or if you want to quickly exit the game without saving or going through the menus - Press F5!
